Product Description:
RC4-24 block machine is one of the latest block forming machines designed by our company. It has low power and adopts fully automatic spiral paving method. The material in the mold is evenly distributed, easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It has more advantages than large hydraulic block machines when producing hollow blocks.
The 350-type reducer is used to lift the mold, which greatly improves the service life of the reducer.
The combination of pressurization and super vibration is adopted. Two 3KW vibrators are used for lower vibration and two 1.5KW vibrators are used for upper vibration. The blocks are of high strength and accurate size. The performance and product quality are comparable to those of large equipment.
Block mould .
The brick moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900℃
carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of the brick mould production. So the brick moulds have
better performance and longer service time.
The mould can be customized according to your need.
PLC Control System.
Advanced PLC control system and clearly screen display make the operation more convenient. Electrical components are made in famous factories, which can make a long time service.
